And also make longer periods of relaxation and fun a priority in your life; family outings, reading, music, sports, and so on. The possibilities are unlimited and the benefits to your health are tremendous. And when you engage the entire family in these fun events, everyone benefits!
Again, find ways to relax. Escape from the daily grind and use the energy gained to your advantage. You'll never be absent of stress but you can definitely lighten the load. Taking precautions can alleviate the negative ways stress affects your overall health.
